Many emotions are running through your head as a loved one is receiving treatment at the hospital. The last thing you want to worry about is your loved one not receiving the care you believe they deserve. We did not have a moment of worry while Alyssa was caring for our loved one. She would give constant updates and let us know if anything was being done. Alyssa would explain what she was doing and what the effects would be on my Grandmother. Her attention to detail and constant willingness to help put our whole family at ease. If we didn't see her in our room all you had to do was walk out into the hallway and you would see her bouncing from patient to patient doing everything she can to help those assigned to her (as well as other patients). She manages to do her best and help families and patients reach their most comfortable state.
