Caley has been absolutely amazing. She made my daughter feel super comfortable. We were treated amazing and I even sent our provider a text saying how amazing Caley was!! She has an awesome personality and is a great fit.

3. Caley has the most empathetic and compassionate heart of anyone I know. I have had the pleasure of working side by side with her over the last several months. That being said, I literally sit beside her during the workday and have observed every phone call and every conversation between her and patients as she welcomes them into our clinic space and also interactions between other nursing staff along with small conversations in the hallways with patients who might not even be her patient for the day.
When Caley is your nurse she really does care for you. She will think about you before you come in, what she can do to make your visit easier, such as timing, what labs you need, and what room will be best for you. She will meet you at the waiting room door with the biggest smile and do whatever is needed to make you feel safe and comfortable. This girl gets her steps in too, you will often see her in the parking lot because she walks so many of her patients to their car because she wants to make sure they are safe, even if they say they are fine. She will say " that's ok, I feel like getting a little fresh air anyway" but really I know that she is concerned about their safety. A lot of the time she will even set reminders for herself to call and check up on patients in a few days because she just wants to make sure that they are well and let them know that someone is thinking of them and cares. I swear this girl also knows everyone in Davis county even though she isn't from our community. This is because she remembers names, spouses' names and what is going in their lives, she asks about these things when she calls patients and spends a little extra time letting them know she's been thinking about them.
Caley shows compassion in every interaction, every time. I can say this because I have watched it first hand, she sits on the floor and plays with babies, earning their trust before taking their vitals, and she holds hands with the elderly and safely assists them in their destinations. Not only does this affect the lives of patients but she makes the caregivers around her better by reminding them by her actions what it means to be a nurse.

Caley is an excellent nurse always showing a caring spirit towards her patients, she takes time to get to know all her patients individually. She makes her patients feel understood and is always in good spirits to them.

Caley has made our visits so easy, even the visits that require shots with anxious kiddos. She is always so kind and is great with the patients. We appreciate her so much!
