I was beside myself and feeling alone and down. I had been dwelling on the loss of my daughter and the loss of my mother, he took time out of his busy schedule to allow me to vent and listened to me. I am the kind of person who if given the chance to just vent a bit, I level back out quite quickly. What astonished me about Mike was his genuine desire to help me feel better even if that just meant opening an ear for a couple minutes. I had never had someone delay some of their time just to benefit me. He really is a very caring, stupendous nurse and knows what it means to truly help someone; not to mention that his bedside manner is very professional and genuine.

Mike is the nicest man I know. He helped me so much. I was scared when I had to get a blood transfusion. He helped me whenever I needed him. He always took the time to make sure I was OK. He always had a smile on his face. So thanks again Mike.
...
Mike is empathetic and to the point. There were some things not quite right in my treatment orders. On the spot, before administering, he contacted the Doctor, reported his findings along with my concerns to the Doctor and had the adjustments made, rather than going by the orders. Now that's a nurse who cares about his patients. It was his idea to do so, not a request from me. He's dedicated and truly cares and always goes the extra mile on his own to benefit me. Great, Great guy!
