Jenni was there from the get go when I first awakened from the bypass surgery. We connected immediately. Jenni was very supportive and helpful in coaching me as how to cope with everything they needed me to do while adapting to my post op condition.

I was her very first heart patient which made me feel special. She told me she wished all her patients would be as good as me. I had a true life changing experience when I awoke from the surgery and realized it was a success. The 2-bypass was the best outcome I could expect.

Ms Jenni made me feel special and I just love her for it. She also went out of her way in following up on looking after me when a few days later while off duty and she and her husband were on the way downtown to participate in a fundraiser for some charity they stopped by and her husband waited while she took time out from her busy scheduled and came up to see me in Room 504 to see how I was doing.

I nominate her for the DAISY Award because she went out of her way in caring for me and seeing I was well cared for.
