I feel like she took extra time out for me to make sure I was doing okay with the condition of my dad. She made me feel like my dad and family were not just another hospital patient. She made my heart feel at ease with the decision I was making for my dad. I feel she went ABOVE & BEYOND what she needed to do as a nurse to try and be there as a “Friend”, even though she had only just met me. I would really like to thank her for all she did for me, my dad, and family. I will never forget the impression she made on me just as a nurse. Thank you so much Billie Jo.
