My nurse assistant is special to me and my family. During my hospitalization, my wife and I experienced dedicated and compassionate care nurses. We really connected to Joann Collins.
We were drawn into her warm smile, personality, her caring and helpful attitude. She is kind, compassionate, courteous, dedicated, and a hard worker. My wife stayed in my room during most of my stay.
Joann was attentive, not only to me as the patient but to my wife as well. She constantly made sure that I was comfortable and that my clothing and bedding were always clean and fresh. She also made sure that my wife's bedding was fresh and that my wife was not thirsty nor hungry. Joann went above and beyond her duties. She even went to the extent of doing before asking what was needed. She saw the needs and addressed them. Joann is an asset to the nursing team. In our hearts, Joann is an extraordinary nurse assistant and she deserves to be recognized.
