Here is what his nominator shared:
My infant son was admitted to 2K in the early morning hours. Once we arrived from the ED to 2K, Chris Keaton was there to assist with the admission process. He showed nothing but compassion towards my child and, of course, me. He assisted the nurse with the antibiotic injections to eliminate two pokes. Chris came back early the next morning to check in prior to leaving. He stated that he had stopped in during the night to check in (even though I was sleeping soundly, he informed me that my baby was wide-eyed taking in all the action).
I just want to say thank you to Chris for taking the extra time to check in and offer his assistance. I know we were not the only patient or admission that night; but he sure gave us all the time we needed and made us feel like we had his full attention.
Thank you, Chris, for your dedication to even the smallest patients. Your dedication is something they may not remember, but the parents will.
