Rino is always positive and works very energetically to create a smile on his patients' faces. He is always running around and looking forward to helping his patients, their family, and co-workers. I see nurses looking for him if he is at work just to simply say hi to him. His smile is infectious to us all and also towards his patients and family he cares for. I see him answering all call lights even if he doesn't work on the particular wing. He keeps his coworkers' workload manageable by helping frequently.
