Every shift, Nicole shows up for her patients and her fellow nurses. Despite being an amazing new mother (with all the sleep that goes with the title), she consistently pours all her energy into giving safe nursing care and advocating for her patients. She does this with ease and a smile on her face. As charge nurse, she supports her fellow nurses 100%. She assists others in getting their breaks, she is always available to help with hands-on care, and is one you can approach with any clinical question. She champions for positive changes as an active UPC member. Our shift will suffer a great loss when she moves over to day shift and I will miss her positive attitude and strength of character.
