Roz went the extra mile on a daily basis to make sure that my husband, newborn and I were as comfortable as we could be. Roz anticipated my needs before I had to voice them or call for assistance. She would regularly check up on us and would update the whiteboard with the "Pain Management" faces prior to my next recommended dose. If I needed a dose, she had it ready.
Roz also provided us with some much-needed laughs during our stay, she teased us and herself, she was so upbeat and positive while she cared for us. I had an emergency C-section and did not know what to expect. Roz explained all that I needed to know and reassured me that everything would be okay.
