My father was in a serious motorcycle accident and is a patient. After being transfered from another hospital to the Sanford ER, his room on 5th floor, followed by a transfer to Intermediate Care Unit then to the OR then to the Intensive Care Unit back to the OR and now not sure as to where he will go, we have seen many nurses who have taken care of him. My mother and I would like to recognize Sadie from the ICU and Cardiac Care Unit. She is an amazing human who has said on multiple occasions that she "loves her job!" She not only is very competent, friendly but she goes above and beyond to make sure that not only that my father was as comfortable as possible but that we were taken care of too!
He has enjoyed having her as a nurse. Being able to have a familiar face that greets us every day with a smile has been a true blessing! If all nurses were as great as her this world we live in would be a better place! Thank you.
