I am only 18 and I was in a very bad car accident. My mom was not allowed to come back with me to the ER. I have never been to the doctor much less the emergency room without my mom. I was shaking and scared, but Lisa calmed me down and talked to me like a mom would. It shocked me seeing how nice she was.
She wasn't only this nice to me, but also to the lady in the other bed. I remember the other patient being very anxious and scared. She kept moaning in pain. Lisa told her she had the bluest eyes she had ever seen and that she probably brightens people's days with her pretty eyes. Immediately, the old lady stopped moaning and laughed and was so happy to get the compliment.
Lisa made a huge impact on me, and I hope if I ever have to return to the ER she is my nurse. She even walked me to my car and told my mom everything that happened. She is a great nurse!
