Han has outstanding skills in the way she communicated with me. Being an old pro at hospitals, where many nurses were encountered, Han stands high and above the crowd. Her compassion and empathy were sincere. You have a real winner in Han. She kept me focused on trying to get better, kept pushing me to try just a little bit harder and gave me encouragement at just the right times. In a world that seems to have gone completely mad with no respect or values, you got real lucky in hiring, what I feel, is one heck of a gentle soul. She went home and prayed for me and this morning, I was able to walk. God bless her, and she will be in my thoughts and heart with my last breath. Han is the best!
