Kaitlyn was professional (with a personal touch), kind, and comforting. Her knowledge, skills, and competencies were second to none. Her bedside manner was incredible. She made my nights here comfortable and enjoyable. She exemplifies the nursing profession and is an asset to Saint Joseph. Her attention to detail represents the highest in professional standards. When she ended her shift and transitioned to the next team she was thorough in providing information including personal preferences, not just medical, showing kindness and compassion.

Kaitlyn made this time so much easier. She always had a smile and upbeat attitude, was kind, respectful, friendly, and attentive to both patient and family needs. She listened to the patient talk and ramble even when she was busy. She took walks with him in the middle of the night and brought in extra pillows and blankets for me, checking on us both regularly.
