As the spouse of a patient undergoing gallbladder removal, I would like to commend all the staff we interacted with, they were excellent. With that said, one individual, in particular, went above and beyond the high standards set by your staff. Cathleen Duffy was truly professional, caring, knowledgeable, reassuring, and helpful.
