The hurricane (Irma) was a scary event for us all. It was a bit chaotic at times but we knew we would make it through with Nicole's leadership and perseverance. She is a wonderful leader who continuously does the best she can for her staff. She goes above and beyond on a daily basis to show to us that when times get tough, we are a team, and we never have to go through anything alone. We've all got each other's backs. Because of Nicole, I felt safe, cared for, and empowered during the storm. Being from outside of Florida, it was scary going through this experience alone. Once I reported to the hospital for "Team A", I was quickly comforted by her and knew that I, in fact, was not alone at all. I had a whole group of people here to help support me and one another. She is honestly one of the most caring, loving, compassionate and supportive individuals I have ever met. I'm so incredibly thankful for her leadership over the past few days. Nicole, you are truly a rockstar!
