We would like to offer our sincere appreciation to everyone who served our dad during his stay in ICU. We are extending a special shout out to Hope in recognition of the what we found to be extraordinary service. She listened to Dad and was incredibly responsive to what he was describing. So much so that in two instances her recommendation to the doctor via a quick phone call resulted in an immediate change of care that led to increased comfort and healing. She was direct in her style and created an inclusive environment not only for Dad but for our family as well. She seemed to partner with the doctor in a way that created a team-based approach to Dad's care plan.
Under the circumstances, we had a very positive experience and appreciated everyone's care and support. Hope was instrumental in building our confidence that all of the right things were being done to ensure Dad was receiving the best care possible.
