I have taken my wife to many ERs and your speed, care, and treatment of my wife, C, was unbelievable and straight from heaven.
One hour after her stroke, they gave her a clot buster drug and one hour after that, she could talk clearly and raise her left arm and legs, a true miracle.
One person stood out, her name is Sara. She was so nice, caring and kind to C, but also to me. She brought me ice water, coffee and then she showed me how to order Jimmy Johns on my phone. From 6-7:45 pm I tried to call but the line was always busy. Around 8 pm, (I think Sara was getting off her shift), she handed me a sandwich and would not take any money for it. She was my food angel as it had been over 8 hours since I had last eaten.
My wife is doing great thanks to your staff and Sara.
