Chris showed us love and a very positive attitude every time we were around her. Chris came to see me on her day off after going to class. She promised to do so when I asked her to please come see me. She was a very good patient advocate - when I had back pain from laying in ICU, she ordered me a bed with an air mattress because I was hurting from all of that. The doctor suggested that I needed rest and everyone kept coming and going all day and night and she said: "I will get everyone to cluster care for you so you can rest."
Chris was also a very good patient and family educator and explained things well. She really gave outstanding service every time she was our nurse and she was always thoughtful, caring, sympathetic, and has great clinical skills. She definitely has a commitment to excellence as she had a great outlook and helped me stay hopeful and on the right road to getting better. She really encouraged me to keep going forward. She worked well with others on the team too. I loved her bubbly personality and smile every time I saw her!
