Morgan is a very charismatic, passionate, giving, and dedicated person who exudes her positive energy and infects patients, families, and team members, giving them hope, feeling of comfort and feeling of being unique and special. She is able to establish great rapport from the first moment, and she is able to maintain her professionalism, confidence, and integrity. She is always listening, paying attention to details, looking for challenge and solution, and never gives up. I absolutely admire her energy and desire to learn, teach, develop herself and people around her. She is honest, kind, loving person who sets a great example for her people around her. Her patients and coworkers adore her. She is a wonderful team player and I cannot imagine our group without her. She has a wonderful sense of humor which is an outstanding healing tool in the high stress environment. She is always there for you, ready to help; whether it is her patient, peer, or a student she precepting. I am so grateful to work with her and learn from her.
I struggled to transition from one computer system to another one and learn a new application. Morgan did not hesitate to offer her help, and spent few hours teaching and explaining while taking time after-work time.
Another recent example, when our collaborating physician on return from ICU mentioned that the patient our team was fighting for passed away but few hours prior to that, he was asking with a smile where Morgan was. He missed her humor, smile and special touch full of life.
It is difficult to find more compassionate and caring person than Morgan. She is a great advocate for her patients and their families, she is always comforting and kind, always finds time to listen, learns about the patient and family needs, and always finds the time and a special way to show they are heard, their opinion and wishes valued, and we are here to help and make them feel comfortable and safe.
