Kit goes the extra mile with a smile. She might have a lot of other things on her mind and other patients to deal with, but she always says, "I will do that" or "I will find out the answer and will get back with you on that", and she does. She is very professional and yet brings the sunshine in because of her smile, energy, and compassion. I was having trouble with nausea and dizziness and she made sure I had crackers and advised me not to take meds on an empty stomach and it seems to have helped. Changing the catheter bag was no problem and there seemed to be nothing she wouldn't do, always with a great attitude, always encouraging and upbeat. She was always ready to help with anything, with that winning smile and attitude. She was definitely an uplifting and a special nurse. How fortunate I was to have her as my nurse. She is one special nurse!
