I would like to express my sincerest gratitude towards Niki. I want to say thank you so much for not only doing an exceptional job as my nurse but also for your compassionate care. Although my time with you was brief, I really wished you could have been my nurse for the entire time. From the moment you walked into the room with your big smile, I could see your big heart. You were very professional, and you gave such great hospitality. You made me feel very comfortable, loved, and safe. At one point in my stay, I became very emotionally distressed and even tried to harm myself. I became very angry with myself and didn't know what to do. You may not know it, but you were an angel sent to me. Thank you for your encouraging words. Thank you for your warm loving hugs, and thank you for staying by my side. I thank you most of all for reminding me who I was and to love myself. Niki, you are one of a kind. You're beautiful, phenomenal, compassionate, caring, and most of all, you gave me hope. I have never been treated with such compassion in my life. I will never forget how wonderful you treated me, and once again, I say thank you. I pray that God gives you the desires of your heart and I wish you joy, hope, and happiness for all the things you gave me at my time in the hospital. Niki, you are one of the greatest blessings of humanity and you have great character. You are the heart of healthcare.
