Shadia was very kind, caring and considerate to my entire family but most importantly to my mother during a very trying and emotional stay in ICU. Her professionalism and dedication to her patients are beyond compare. She made a very difficult situation so much easier to cope with. My family and I are so very appreciative.

Not only is Shadia a great caregiver, but she goes the extra mile to make the patient, family, and visitors comfortable. She was quick to respond when we needed help and you could tell by her demeanor that she sincerely cared. Bottom line is, Shadia is awesome!
