My son was here for a heart surgery and Bob was his main nurse. Bob did an outstanding job taking care of my son and was so great to us also. I can't thank Bob enough.
***
My father came in here fighting for his life and the whole time after surgery Bob did such an excellent job. Bob helped us the whole time.

My nephew was brought into ER and was rushed into surgery with a dissected aorta. When he came out of surgery his nurse was Bob. My nephew's son and daughter were there and scared to death. Bob was there for them to console and explain what my nephew went through to try and keep them calm and informed. Bob was on duty when I arrived on Sunday morning and the same thing, when I saw my nephew I was so upset, I thought he was going to die. Bob stayed by my side, explained what all the machines were for, and why the ventilator (which looked very scary to me). Bob calmed me with his words, knowledge, and mannerisms. He let me know my nephew was a miracle and they were going to do their best to keep him here on this Earth. Bob never made comments that would not be able to be fulfilled but gave us hope. Bob was always checking on my nephew. I felt the true compassion that came from Bob. I believe you have to be born with the desire to help others and that is Bob in a nutshell. Bob helped the family, let me know where hotels were located, bus schedules, etc. Every time I came and Bob was my nephew's nurse I was welcomed, always with a smile and always asking if there was anything he could do.
