We suffered the greatest loss of our life. Our baby was just 12 days old when he passed away, and Jayna was our nurse. During the most tragic time we had to face, Jayna was there with us for every step. She treated him with such tender care and took time removing all his wires, bathing him, and swaddling him. Not only did she show the utmost care for our baby, she showed true sorrow for our family. She explained each step, so we knew what was happening, she hugged each of us as we cried, and she showed true compassion for our grief. During our baby's funeral service, we were very surprised and touched to see Jayna there to give her support. The service was held over an hour away, so we were really shocked that she would take the time to attend. We really feel that Jayna went above and beyond by doing this.
