I was in my wheelchair last year headed to the VA for knee replacement surgery. Unfortunately, another accident prevented me from having this surgery and a catheter was inserted in me. I had 4 cracked ribs and a bunch of abrasions and then the cab driver drove off with my medications! Kent literally tried to move mountains to assist me. Starting with the VA emergency room finally, we tracked down my primary care who was unable to help. Kent persevered running all over the hospital to connect with all the right people so I could get my medications. Thank you, Kent!
