Donna Eagan, RN on Macomb’s 5 West Orthopaedic Unit, was nominated by two of her patients.

One of them commented,“Donna is a very knowledgeable and compassionate nurse. She cares about her patients and handles her job very well. I am going to proudly say I was at St. John’s Hospital in Warren and she was my nurse. She handled everything for me and I am grateful to her for being one of the best.”

A second patient shared, “Donna Eagan is a remarkable nurse! I really felt that I was the only patient on the unit. When I was confused she helped me understand. When I was scared she comforted me. She was there for me to help me relax and understand what was happening. My injury was severe and Donna made it seem tolerable. She deserves to be recognized and rewarded for her outstanding dedication as a nurse!”
