I have known Gagan for approximately 18 years. I do not have just one story but have one amazing detail about Gagan, she never forgets anything. Gagan has a photographic memory and remembers people, their story, their problems, and their doctors. She amazes me how she can recall the patient's last admission, what they were treated for and where they went at discharge. Gagan has 32-40 patients a day and she knows them all very well. She knows her staff very well also and she balances patient assignments fairly by matching the patients' needs to the nurses' specialty with ease. Gagan is a very compassionate; kindness and care are just part of her personality, all together she is an amazing nurse.
