Terry took care of the patient who has intellectual disabilities and is non-verbal with so much compassion. She took the time to talk to the patient so sweetly. It is really hard to interact with individuals with disabilities but Terry treated her like she was no different from anybody else; in fact, I feel she went above and beyond to ensure this individual was being taken care of. Terry really went that extra mile.
