My aunt was admitted to your facility where she has received wonderful care by all of the staff on the second floor (Hixson Unit 2). One of the staff in particular, Vickie Roberson, RN Case Manager, has really gone above and beyond all of our expectations. Because of circumstances, I was unable to spend much time at the hospital during the daytime hours when the doctor and Vickie would make their rounds. Vickie would give me a call everyday to keep me informed on my aunt’s condition and any problems that arose so when I got there in the evening, I knew what to expect. I know she has many people and their families to deal with on a daily basis, but that little extra “personal touch” she put into our case meant the world to us. I feel like this kind of caring should be recognized.
