Marti Rotter stands out among her teammates as a leader in compassion and caring. She always takes the time to dig a little deeper and her careful attention to details has literally saved children’s lives. Marti comes to work every day with a cheerful attitude and a determination to make things right for the families she serves. She uses humor and kindness while solving problems, helping parents and patients feel calm and at ease, an important part of the healing process. Marti is well-respected among the providers and staff and is a terrific team player. She often volunteers to cover for others’ time off. She is dependable and eager to learn. Marti has worked with our Center for Adoption Medicine to pioneer new ways to help families receive their lab reports more quickly and with support for getting all their questions answered. We feel very fortunate to have Marti as a team member – 13 years of doing super things every day. You’re terrific Marti!
