I worked with Michael as a student nurse. He made a lasting impression on me. The amazing way he cares for his families, his calm & confident demeanor, and team attitude. He is not afraid to question a provider or to be a patient advocate.

Michael provided exceptional care by paying attention to even minuscule details, such as cutting the bands extra material to make us more comfortable. We had an extraordinary reaction to the epidural with low blood pressure then heightened heart rate. He grounded the room and helped keep the anesthesiologist calm. He was wonderful to have with us in a time of fear and anxiety. It was Michael that made my experience at Kaiser a positive, memorable experience.
