Arik was very special to me and my father. He literally made my father's stay in cardiac ICU less fearful. My father has feared hospitals for a long time, but Arik's kindness, patience, and genuine concern for his health endeared him to my dad. But above all, the care he gave my dad touched his heart more than Arik could ever know. He also made me feel welcomed and encouraged questions from us. He took the time to explain/demonstrate medical terms to help us better understand my father's health and helped us make more informed decisions. How blessed were my father and I to have Arik as my father's nurse. You will never be forgotten!
