Petrica was there for me though a very difficult time. I was feeling nauseated and sick throughout the night. Her kind words, empathy and promptness helped me very much.
Petrica exhibits all the qualities (kindness, compassion, comfort, skill, leadership, dignity and dedication) that are so important in the nursing profession. She touches the lives of her patients and co-workers on a daily basis.
Petrica was very caring and compassionate when caring for my mother after surgery. She was gentle and had a friendly smile. When changing my mother's dressings she explained what she was doing and why to help me and my mother. Petrica asked us multiple times if we had any questions or needed anything. She offered to get things for me to stay with my mother and make me comfortable if I decided to stay overnight with my mother. Petrica is one of the best nurses I have ever experienced at a hospital. She made being at the hospital a very pleasant experience.
