Earlene changed the nature of my NFH experience. Just by genuinely listening and then by taking charge to change what was necessary to change me from a dissatisfied patient into a highly satisfied patient – she’s the best. From that point on, Earlene made it her job to add value to my experience. Thank you!

Earlene first came to NFH in 2001 as an Agency nurse, then left for other assignments; however, she returned 2 ½ years ago as PRN for the Critical care unit. Her peers love to work with Earlene, and she has been a nurse for ten years. Her peers say she is always willing to assist, and will take on other assignments as needed. She is a day shift employee, but has worked a few nights to help out her peers and take care of the patients.

She is soft spoken, kind, and usually always smiling. The other thing her peers love about her is that she LOVES to float to Women’s Health services - and they love her!
