I want to nominate this Linda Nguyen on 7 West at St. Vincent Medical Center. I’ve been in and out of the hospital for about two years (I need a liver transplant). On February 27, 2012 Linda was my day nurse. She showed exceptional nursing skills above and beyond quality care. I was very sick on this day, and she had never seen me like this. I found out she sat by my side on and off throughout the day. She was very worried about me. I have no family close to me and she knows this. It meant so much to know someone cared about me like family. Linda is very deserving of this award, and it would mean so much to know that she was acknowledged for this exemplary care she gives so freely. She is my angel.
