I am so grateful for the compassion and help that HA Brotherton provided. Sadly like J. Patrick Barnes, my mother has an auto-immune disease and another so we are frequent flyers of the ER but HA Brotherton remembered her and asked what was new and treated friendly yet still managed to be very professional which is a thin line to others seemed to be easy to him. So while my mother was upset in pain she stayed calm in a way I was amazed because of the care and skills shown by HA Brotherton. A difficult day was made easier and so much nicer due to the care of this nurse, the entire staff I met was kind but he went above his duties by remembering names of family and showed he cared.
