Linda has very effective communication with anyone she comes in contact with. She comes in extra hours on her days off to oversee changes and support staff. She is the main person that holds the floor duties together and is known as “the day queen”. She is always there to make the flow on the day shift go smoothly. She is a jewel that the 7th floor is so fortunate to have.

Linda has a servant leadership style and guided, coaches, mentors all of the members of the nursing team daily.” She is full engaged in making patient care the very best, working on subgroups and tackling difficult issues. In huddle, she starts off the day with “can-do” attitude that helps make the day better from the beginning. A model of leadership, she is fair, ethical, selfless and hardworking. Her behavior shows that everything that she does, she does for the good of the patients, the team and the unit.
