I experienced RN Jennifer Puffinburger kindly urging my mother to fight through the pain after surgery. She encouraged her with compassion and care. She was gentle and aware how frightened mom was. Mom is transitioning today to St. Barnabas. Thanks Jen for comforting her and telling her she can reach her goals.
