I wanted to acknowledge and say how prudent and a professional nurse Mr. Edward Qu is. He gave me report and also received report back from me. He was knowledgeable, up-to-date, aware of what's up, what was happening with his patients. Never for one moment did he refer to me as 'the agency' nurse. He orientated me to the unit. And even though I haven't worked conjunctively with him I can attest to ta great view of him being a care team player as he showed this to me. When I took over care of his patients, what he told me was what was up with the patient and their condition/status as reported was definitely to match that.

Edward is a wonderful, caring nurse. He is also phenomenal. He has great communication skills. He always helps out. When he is busy, he will give you a helping hand. He always comes into work with a smile on his face and a dozen donuts. He always helps out his other co-workers. He is a great teacher with the students that come in on the weekends always with a smile and humble words, he gladly takes students and shows them the ropes. Then students are always so pleased to have Edward as their teacher. Edward is a wonderful, caring nurse towards the patients and family members as if they are his own. He shows integrity, respect, and leadership to the unit.

Edward is very punctual making his rounds, checking if I am comfortable and concerned about my pain level. He is very friendly and explains to me what I ask about my medical treatment. No attitude or ugly faces when he enters my room; just smiles and gets things done for me. Excellent nurse.

Nurse Edward was really attentive to my care, very polite and helped me with everything I needed. He is dedicated to his job. Making my hospital stay better. Glad to have nurses like him. He explained to me with details each medicine I was taking, and other nurses never did that. I appreciate that.

He was the best nurse of all, attentive and very cordial in his attention and when asked something was quick to address my need and very professional, he made me feel that he understood my situation.

Mr. Edward is a very good nurse. He was constantly checking on me and asking what I need and for me. He is a very good nurse that he likes to help the patients and from 1 to 100 I gave him 100.

Edward is fantastic; my mother is suffering, and Edward has done everything to help her get better including getting the surgeon on the phone for me to advocate for surgery.
