Erika Dockery, Assistant Manager, Emergency, Scottish Rite
The Emergency department is a fast moving areas at Scottish Rite, yet that doesn’t seem to affect Erika. At the busiest times, she remains calm and compassionate—helping those around her feel more at ease. She is a hands-on leader and treats everyone with respect. Erika makes herself available to help her staff with whatever they need, whether it’s patient care or scheduling concerns. “She is not only always willing to help—she genuinely appears to be happy to help,” said one of her staff nurses. “She is truly one of the best reflections of great management at Children’s.” Erika is a valued and trusted member of her team. We are proud that she is part of Children’s and lucky to have her.
