When we arrived last night to our room after a very long day, Bridgette was so kind to us. She made my daughter comfortable and at ease. She made a bed for me on the pull out chair and was thoughtful enough to bring extra blankets to have some cushion on the mattress. She came in quietly, checked her vitals and never even woke her up. She got to sleep all night. That is priceless. It was my daughters first time having surgery and she helped to make it a calm and healing experience. I am sure that this is no surprise to you that she is being nominated. I can tell you that this was no stretch. Being kind and compassionate is just the person she is. She is definitely as asset to Kaiser Permanente.
