My 9-year-old had an emergency appendectomy on Thanksgiving. We're visiting family here and Keely's care was very compassionate and she spoke to my daughter directly, answering questions and offering reassurances. She was a comfort during an already stressful holiday from home. The entire nursing staff was attentive and respectful. They made us comfortable. Not being from Northern Michigan - it was nice to know Keely grew up there, left, but returned and is helping the community. She helped us with smiles, and gentle, kind presence. Thank you to the entire staff. I am impressed with overall care, surgical too!
