JoAnn was truly a sensitive, caring nurse for me, and was with me during 2 day shifts while I was in recovery. She was so encouraging when I explained to her I was in pain, scared and didn't even know how I was going to walk to the bathroom.

She was gentle. She made me feel comfortable and confident. She taught me how to take care of myself after the surgery. She took excellent care of me. She made me feel very secure and comfortable. In fact, the only time I would let my husband leave me was when JoAnn was on duty!
