Pash Pilgrim is a very personable, yet very professional RN that gives such personal care. She explained everything completely to us, and in lay terms; what was going to happen, why and the reason behind it - such as how to use his bedside breathing machine after surgery. She made sure he understood how and when to use it. She was gentle, yet very positive in her requests.

My husband was at Martin for a week following an ER admission and had surgery. Though we had good care by all the nurses, Pash stands out WAY ABOVE ALL others in her wonderful attitude and professional care of her patient. Her great attributes as an RN and caregiver should be recognized. She is a super star and an asset to Martin/Tradition.

Pash is truly a Guardian Angel'. Her technique is a caring giving', and surpasses the norm. A very scary experience, made less so by good care at Tradition - and Pash.
