Nurse Claudia was so kind, accommodating, understanding, efficient, and helpful. When we came in at 8:00pm it was busy, rooms were full my husband was in the hallway for about an hour, yet we felt that she was so helpful and kind that the inconvenience of not being in a room diminished.
Then she was pretty much left alone on the floor and I could hear her back and forth helping different patients and always cheerful and I could hear the kindness in her voice.
