Ashley always takes exceptional care of her patients and is a great co-worker. Recently, the Med-Surg ICU was short staffed and she had to take on 2 patients and be the Triage Nurse. She coordinated discharges and admissions for the unit while taking care of her two patients, who turned out to be the sickest and busiest patients in the unit. She did not complain about how heavy her workload, instead she worked hard to manage her time and still help everyone else who needed assistance in the unit.

I could not have imagined anyone else who could've maintained such professionalism and composure in the face of such a challenging setting.
