I have been to many hospitals in my 57 years and, by far, OSF exceeds any other in patient care. OSF truly has an ethics code to make sure that every patient is truly taken care of and informed on their care. Coming to a hospital is not an easy thing to accept. However, with the care that your staff shows their patients, it makes the stay easier. Holly has been very caring on how I feel and on making sure that my pain level is well maintained to not reach the level of 10. Holly brings my medications to me on the scheduled time so I don't have to wait an extra hour or so before I receive it. She is constantly checking on me to make sure that I am doing ok and letting me know when she is calling the doctor to help me with whatever pain or concerns that I may have. I love your new program and your staff. Because of your level of patient care, there is not another hospital that I would go to. Thank you OSF and thank you Holly.
