Andrew was my nurse, I had severe pain. He did everything in his knowledge to help me, not only that, he went above and beyond to assure me that everything is going to be alright. And sure enough, his words came true. He is dedicated to be a servant, I believe, to all of his patients. He has a comforting, calm spirit that flows as he steps into the room. I feel safe every time he came to check on me and made sure all of my needs were met. I admire and respect Andrew very highly. Best of luck to you, dear Andrew.

I truly believe that Andrew is an exceptional RN and he should be commended. Andrew worked so hard to make me feel comfortable in whatever way he could. I felt better physically and emotionally anytime he came to my room. He cared and it felt genuine. He has been kind, caring, and he has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My wife and I cannot thank him enough. May God bless his heart.
...
Andrew came to the Surgical Unit as a new grad in March, 2011. He transitioned into his role rapidly, as he is a fast learner and quickly became part of the team. He is very well liked by his patients and coworkers. He consistently receives compliments from his patients for his caring, compassionate attitude. His charge nurses can always count on him to give his best every day. A comment directly from his patient:
"He is a very compassionate RN. He cared for me the best he knew how and beyond. I am so grateful to have Andrew as my RN for a couple of nights now. I was waiting for the night shift to come again so he could care for me again. I rejoiced and wanted my wife to meet such a super hero."
