Whitney is the perfect nurse... She goes the extra mile for her co-workers and patients. Without Whitney being at the SWCC, I'm not really sure how things would end up. Oh, and let me not forget what she does at the NWCC. Whenever there is a need, she is there with a smile on her face and much experience to give any situation.

Whitney begins and ends her days at the clinic reflecting a high level of patient centered care. I witness frequent acts of kindness and compassion toward our patients in how she listens to their concerns, acts as a role-model for our new or less experienced health care workers and really shows team dedication by her earnest concern for the good of the whole. Whitney is one of the most dedicated nurses I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, and let me add that I've been around health care systems since forever, so I know a DAISY Nurse when I see one! Go Whitney!

Whitney is always an inspiring leader. She always takes the time to teach and help you to understand. She goes above and beyond what her position calls for. I have had the privilege to work with her for the last 3 years and am amazed at her knowledge and compassion on a daily basis. The saying 'you don't know what you have till its gone' is definitely true. The south clinic has had to share Whitney with the North clinic a lot lately and she is truly missed. Not just the fact of another body but her energy is missing when she is North. She willingly gives up time and energy to help North when they are in need. She is an inspiration to many. I can't wait to grow up to be a nurse like her (I'm an MA and am going to school for my RN).
